Telephone call for Inquiry on apartment development

A woman answered the telephone at 10:25AM on July 11, 2005. She had a nasty tone in her voice. I asked if there was a website for the development' Her response was we don't have a development in Glen Ellyn. We have an apartment building. I said OK, and her reply to me was what is the nature of your call. I said if that is what you are going to do and say Good Luck renting your apartments with that type of attitude.
I called to inquire about apartment size, square footage amenities if any (I doubt any) and you have a nasty tone and attitude.
