Unsafe Hell

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I lived here for a very short time, leaving before my lease was up because I was brokend into TWICE. The buildings stank, outdoor lights rarely if ever worked, "security doors" were rarely in working condition. I experienced peeping toms, broken heat, broken appliances, mold-filled living, and absolute hell on earth. I cannot believe I wasted my money to endure such horrible, unsafe conditions.
