Not good for the price of rental

I have lived at this complex for six years and have slowly watched it decline. It was nicer when I first moved here, but now I cannot wait to get out. The location is great but the maintience leaves something to be desired. Maintience staff is very slow to fix problems, since there are not too many maintience people. Office hours of rental office are terrible since the staff layoffs. However, I don't think it is quite as bad as some of the other people have said. I lived in the Bronx, NY, I've seen much worse. I haven't really had a problem with my car in the parking lot (though I did have my window smashed out once in the six years, but nothing was taken). My building is fairly quiet most of the time. It gets too hot in the apartments when they keep the heat on when the weather turns warm (not turing the heat off 'til May 15) and cold when they don't turn the heat on ontime. The pool area is falling apart as well. And yes, the streets do need to be better lit, and yes the tennis courts needs to be redone and yes, it is overpriced. But the surrounding area is nice. The problem is they do not have enough staff to maintain the property as it should be. I've also had a few bug problems as well. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
