if you're looking for someplace safe and comfortable to live, look for some other place. the small AC in the bedroom was never power enough to cool down the apartment during the summer season. the stench in the hallway is also unbearable. what concerned us the most is the safety in the apartment. a lady was sexually assulted in a next buiding a couple of months before we moved out. and quite a few apartments in out building were broken into earlier this year as well. we had a horrible neighbor living downstairs playing loud music all the time. even after numerous midnight policemen's visit, they won't not do anything to them other than some useless warning. onething i forgot to mention is the shower water. the temperature of shower water is totally out of your control. it could plumet from scorching hot to freezing in a matter of a fraction of second. of ocurse, the maintance won't do anything about it either.

overall, we feared about our safety during the last year we lived there.
