Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
Vandalism, burglary,drug dealing,A drug bust,arson attempts,occured in the building I lived. Rodent & bug problems, No security locks on entrance doors constantly broken, elevator broken and not repaired quickly on a regular basis, homeless persons found sleeping in hallways.No lights outside of building or in parking lot. Gas siphoned out of vehicles in parking lot last summer. Staff
gave excuses that broken locks, lights,etc..would be fixed. Rent charged is outrageous for this hole. I did not feel safe and worried apartment would be broken into or vehicle stolen or vandalized.
