If you like having bugs inside your apartment and mice inside and outside of you apartment please move in here. If you like hearing all your neighbors parties music and fights move on in. If you like having homeless people living in your hallways and area sign up now. If you like having maintenance thats never does there jobs and when they do, do there job its 3 months of either waiting and or 3 weeks of complaining everyday come take my apt. If you like the fact that your front door is more then half the time never locked and your own door to your place is less safe then using twist ties come on over. Also if you like a a/c unit thats never seems to work and a heating unit that drips all over you own carpet and the person under you then this is the place for you. Management doesnt even have a brain and if they did it would be smaller then a pea. The Ghetto on the south side is more safe then here. Also if you have a car dont bring it here it more likely get keyed broken into and or smahed as well and you apartment being broken into. When taking a shower the water will either be to hot and or to cold. I believe the only good thing about this place is there only one fo them
