I simply cannot express in words how disappointed I am with Rambletree Apartments. This is the most trifling complex that I have ever seen. Maintenance is horrible, you can never get anything done around here. After calling the office at least 6 times, they finally arrive and do a half-ass job. We have not had a lock on the outer door to the building in over a year, but rent goes up every year, without a doubt. The lights in the parking area have been out for weeks, it's pitch black in the lot. The windows are so bad that they have to be covered with plastic in the winter, and still my family has to sleep in sweatshirts. It's really unfortunate for those of us who cannot afford a home and have to live in a such a dump until we are able to get something better. For the amount of money that we a paying a month, we should be getting so much more. Please do not consider moving into this complex, you will definitely regret it!!!

A tenant at this horrible place. I strongly agree with the openion posted above. I am living here since 2000, the maintenance is so horrible that in last 2 years the building door is without lock, water tap is leaking (not leaking but water is actually running) for over a year but nobody is able to take care of it. Countless reminders verbal as well as written is given to them without any response. Manager lady is so rude that if call for some maintenance work she will hang phone on your face. The only response they have is "this is not an emmergency". Their workers if ever come, they will leave the job unfinished and sneak out quietly, if you happen to catch them while leaving, they will say they are coming right back, and will never return. I am serously thinking legal action againgst them. You are welcome to live here if you want to go through all this hassle. Thanks
