black mold hidden behind all the new drywall. roaches everywhere, ants by the hundreds in the spring and summer. the water temperature goes hot to cold all the time in the shower. neighbors friends urinate in the hallways during parties. pot smoke in the halls. don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t be fooled by the NEW name. this place is a dump and the only reason to live here is to be by COD. not worth the rent. 770 for a 1 bedroom is a sin in this dump. they add $25 a month more for water so you\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ll pay 795 for a 1 br. if you get home after 8 or 9 pm, expect to drive around in the pitch black parking lot for awhile to find a space. repeated history of car break ins. if you don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t believe me...ask the glen ellyn police. outside lights are always broken. brand new windows leak like crazy and will ruin your stuff. locks are always broken on outside doors and everyone knows the security passcode to get through the lobby doors. friday and saturday students party loud. save yourself and money and pick a better place for the same price!!!
