Don't move here, its not worth it even if you are a COD student. First of all there are ROACHES. They acted like they had no idea, every time I went in there and complained. We had to get rid of them ourselves and we did our best to poison them and keep them out, but the building was crawling with them. The exterminator was more interested in our pictures than the ROACH problem!

The next problem is safety. I saw drug deals go down, I was scarred to live there even though I lived with my boyfriend. At night when I was taking the dogs out or garbage out I would see the silhouette of a man starring out the window at me, occasionally they would yell things at me I couldn't understand. They claim to do background checks of everyone living there before they are allowed to move in, but I know that there were people living there that weren't on the lease. When we moved out only our building had lighting outside of it the rest only had little lamps in front of the doors.

Next issue, there is black mold all over the place. When we were moving out they were installing a directory or something and the old one was off of the wall, we saw all sorts of black mold. The workers even told us that was what it was. Black mold can cause a lot of health risks and is dangerous.

Building security: the doors all had locks on them, but the doors were broken and you couldn't unlock them because the locks jammed. So either doors were left open or you went around front where everyone knew the code to get into the building. Hopefully it changed when they installed the different directory.

The heating and air conditioning were horrible. You can't control the heat, in the middle of winter we had to have our windows open because it was so hot. In the summer we had to run our AC constantly and it never could get to a comfortable temperature let alone a cool temperature. One month our electric bill which averaged around 30 to 40 dollars a month was well over 100 bucks.

When I first moved in I hadn't seen this site and even if I had I don't know if I would have believed a place could actually be so disgusting, unhealthy, dangerous to your health and safety. Luckily when we left the roaches didn't follow, I mean why would they want to they had feces and urine to munch on in the hall ways and stair wells. The only residents that have it good are the roaches!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE!

I'm sure there are other things I didn't list but I can't remember them all as I'm trying to forget that place and everything about it!

A terrible company ran the place back when you lived there. The apartments are well-lit, and the management is actively trying to weed-out the "undesirables."
