great place to live

I lived at Berkshire for a year and it was a very nice place to live. Everything in the apartment is new(carpet,cabinets,appliances,blinds)! I lived in a one bedroom and it was very comfortable and spacious. The apartment was great but the staff made living there stress free! Everyone is extremely nice and caring. They act fast if you have a maintenence issue and they don't make you feel that you are bothering them at all. The property is next to COD and a golf course. It is perfectly located to shopping and parks too. I would reccomend Berkshire as a great place to live. I moved here from out of state and I looked a many complexes. Berkshire was priced the best and it was a bargain with all of the recent renovations. They have a nice pool and they hold community events like volleyball and movie night. The only reason I moved is because I gained a roommate who already had a two bedroom apartment. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!

Can anyone say Bull ----! I lived at Bershires for over a year and let me tell you that was the worst mistake of my life. Its nice to see staff is now writing rewiews to lie some more to people..thats funny.. but seriously dont look here run run away..

horrible place even after remodel. lived there for 3 months til i found roaches and there was a huge leak in my wall with which they used a huge industrial fan to dry out over a period of 3 weeks all while my electric bill went up up up. I moved down the street to GreenBriar Place condominiums and I have been there now for almost a year and a half without issue. STEER CLEAR of BERKSHIRES...formerly RAMBLETREE APTS.

Unbelievable! Can you say "fake planted review"? Could the language in that review sound any more like an advertisement? The obviously fake review wouldn't be so bad if it were not a bunch of lies.
The first week I lived there, I had a water leak in my closet that ruined some items that were stored in my closet. They took forever to fix the leak, and I was out of luck on my damaged belongings.
There was a wild animal scurrying around and scratching in my ceiling. The office told me it wasn't their job to take care of it.
People would urinate in the elevator.
I could not load up my laundry card because the office opened after I had to leave for work (9AM) and closed before I got home from work (5PM). The machine for loading it was locked in the leasing office.
They told me I could park in the from of the building while I was loading and unloading my car. I got towed anyway. They refused to reimburse me until I secretly tape recorded them telling me it was Ok to park in the front. They must have a kickback arrangement worked out with the towing company.
The security door never worked properly during the entire year I lived there. I called the office about it countless times. It never got fixed. Would you call that prompt, caring service?
It is next to COD and a golf course. That part is true.
