Ignore all this rubbish you read about this place! I have lived here for two years and only left because my job gave me a promotion. It's easy to write bad stuff about this place if you were a bad TENANT! I love the staff and the entire management company took care of EVERY concern I had, which weren't that many. The maintenace staff has been replaced and it's even better than before. All of the units have been renovated and the price is worth it. The heat is non stop and I never spent one winter night cold. You only pay a portion of your utilities and the hot water never runs cold in the shower! The management has a zero tolerance for noisy neighbors; all I had to do was make one phone call and it was taken care of. There is plenty of parking spaces and the grounds have beautiful landscaping. There are quite a few ladybugs in the fall season, but that's the only complaint I had and even they were that annoying. No place is perfect, but this one sure is close! Remember, if you're not a nice person, people aren't going to be nice to you. What goes around comes around!
