I'm sorry but i disagree with whoever wrote that only bad tenants had a bad time at this place. I was a perfect tenant. This place was horrible. I had cockroaches in my unit after their was a leak in my wall from the piping that had burst...not my fault. Then the management ripped a 2ft by 2 ft hole in my wall and then placed an industrial fan facing the wall and used MY electricity with which i had to pay the electric bill. Never did they reimburse me for that as they had this industrial fan blowing on the hole in the corner for nearly a month. Then came the cockroaches. NOT MY FAULT. I was clean, took my garbage out all the time. I didn't leave a mess. My dishes were always washed. I am a VERY clean person. I hate a mess. I professionally painted the place before all this mess because i was allowed to.
Then after the cockroaches I had had enough. I got my attorney and wrote a nice letter to management telling them they had me living in substandard conditions. There was also mold growing in the walls when i looked in through the gaping 2 foot hole in my wall. They let me out of my 1 year lease after 3 months because they knew i had a case against them if they didn't. Then they turned around and tried to sue me for $1300 in painting...when in the lease agreement it said the most they could come after me for was $300. ..However they were stupid enough to let me out of the lease meaning they had broken their end of the bargain...so my attorney once again wrote them a letter and I got out of paying to paint...because they knew they were wrong once again.
So, in conclusion, DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will be met with great disappointment. It is a very GHETTO Apartment Community. I'm glad i moved out when i did.
