I moved up here from Texas and had not read any reviews on here. These apartments are quite good, no place is perfect really my only gripe is that the people that attend the local college park in the parking lot during the day sometimes, but that's it. Also i feel safe in my building its secured and we have not had any crime problems what so ever I've been here 6 months. There is always a police presence because of the college. Very quiet and the staff has always been helpful only I had one maintenance problem that was not there fault it was the elevator companies and it was done and fixed in a hour from me calling. The rent is very reasonable for the area and the low utilities is just a added bonus.
