I highly recommend Glen Ellyn Apartments. Everyone that visits comments on how big my apartment is, and cannot believe the price I pay for it. The wireless internet is a huge plus, and always works without fail. The management really goes out of their way for the residents, from the time you sign your lease until you move out. I cannot say enough about the manager, she really makes you feel welcome and part of a community. For example, I had a broken window on my car and could not park it outside overnight; I was given a garage for free until I was able to fix my car. I dont know many landlords that would do that without batting an eye. The flowers and landscaping are beautiful, and always maintained. During the winter, snow is removed and the stairs and sidewalks are salted in a timely manner. Every time I requested maintenance, it was completed promptly, correctly and professionally. I have no idea who is writing the negative comments on this apartment, but in the time I have lived here I have not seen, heard, or experienced anything that warrants their complaints. It is a quiet, safe, and clean community run by a highly professional and friendly staff.
