The maintenance guy hit on me, and my apartment had mold. They offered another unit (which I declined...I just didn't feel safe...), and was told they'd rent out my apartment ASAP...without any more testing or trying to figure out where the mold was coming from (I used an airborne mold test after my allergies acted up). The office people were generally nice, however, and helpful, and moving in was a breeze. Parking is good. The pool is nice...for allergies, however, I'd recommend a newer complex because they don't really care.
