Management is okay here but maintenance does a poor job of keeping the sidewalks and metal stairs salted and clear of ice and snow. Many times, I had to shovel a path myself. They are also slow at clearing the parking lot.

Also, if you do paint, be sure to paint everything back as white as possible. Apparently, they use the poorest, cheapest, K-mart special paint they can find to paint over previous paint. We had some VERY light colored paint on the walls and they charged me $160 to paint the walls. If they used some decent paint, it would only take one coat and the paint on the trim wouldn't be chipping like it does. Horrible painting jobs by maintenance

The maintenance guys are extremely hard workers, unfortunately, they are only given duck tape, from management, to fix problems.

Sure they are hard workers, but one word - POOL. They have been trying for the last 2 years and still don't know how to fix it. They need PROFESSIONALS who actually know what they are doing.
