I can hardly think of one thing I do not like about this place. Management (Ingrid) is VERY friendly and willing to go the extra mile even after moving in here. Price is very affordable and maintenance is extremely prompt - either same day or next day. Parking is ample. There are cement floors between apartments. The walls between seem to be quite thick - we rarely even hear music through the walls - even then it is the middle of the day and is very faint.

Coming from an absolute wreck of a complex in Carol Stream, this place is...Amazing. We are VERY satisfied here.
