The worst thing about this complex is the heating and air. Over the summer, your appartment will be almost too hot to live in. Lacking central air, the apartments have a little box in the living room that barely pumps out cool air. Half way through the summer, it'll stop working. Then, about mid september, it'll get cool enough to open your windows. Then the temprature drops below fifty and you freeze your ass off. Then as soon as the temp. hits 40ish, the heat comes on, only you can't control it!!! It gets so hot, you have to keep your windows open just to have some control over the temprature. The bathrooms get so hot, you have to wear slippers or you'll burn your feet. The walls and floors are shabby, the toilets break, the outside is ------ and in a constant state of disrepair... It's not even all that cheap. I dunno. I just don't want to move.
