Considering the cost of living in this area, you can't beat the price and the fact that heat, gas, and water are included in rent. The wireless internet saves a ton of money over getting cable internet. Yeah, the apartments and buildings are a little dated and the stairs could use work (or be replaced!), but really, what do you expect for an older complex' The apartment manager is fantastic - knows everyone by name and is very helpful. The grounds are well kept by a great crew. I have no complaints. I've lived here over 2 years and will stay until we can buy a house or have to move out of the area. I've never had a problem with the heat in the winter (it's nice having the heated floors with barefeet) and the a/c is adequate (could be better). I love that we can have a medium sized dog (ei, weighs more than 25 lbs).
