Horrible Experience. First let's start with Maintenance. If you need something fix there the wrong people to call. I have called multiple times and never got a response. My boyfriend had to fix half the stuff. Heidi(Manager) always had an attitude.The parking rule was stupid. . If you had visitors that was there pass midnight you had to call this company. Well I had a friend over she was leaving about 11:58p.m. by the time she got outside her call was gone. I called the office the next day spoke to Heidi and I nevered got a call back. Then the new rule was you can only call in one car meaning if you had more than one person visiting pass midnight they had to be gone. The had a bad bee and spider problem. Called about that also never got a response back. So I had to go buy insect spray myself. The whole complex was horrible. My closets doors were broken nevered got fixed. I had to get out of there. Good luck to anybody who decide to live here. I wouldn't recommended it to my worst enemies.
