We are not sure how Heidi has managed to become the manager for this apartment complex. She is very rude and unprofessional. Her daughter is the same way. I would not reccommend this apt for anybody even if you are desperate. THe reasons are as follows:
-rude management
-untimely maintanence
-parking issues...cars being towed away
-always in your business, very, very nosy
-she acts like she owns the place

Believe me the rent absolutely does not compensate at all!!!!

If you decide to stay here all I can say is GOOD LUCK!

We had the exact same problems, I have never seen a land lord so much into my business. She was horrible and mean to me and my children, I am so glad to be out of there!!! Had you tried to contact the owners, because I dont think they exist, I cant find them ANYWHERE!!!!

Heidi used to "date" the owner of Blacktie property management, and I use the word date, loosely. That is how she has all that she does and seems to be un-fireable. Also, I don't know if you are male or female, but Heidi doesn't get along with women, but she caters to the men in the complex. A guy friend of mine lives there, and his maintenence problems were always addressed within 30 minutes. If a part needed to be replaced, it always happened that same day. Unlike when I lived there, I had to wait for days to get a phone call back, if ever. I had the paint peeling from my bathtub (never knew that was even possible) and it looked terrible. I called for weeks and weeks, never got a call back, never got it taken care of, and it stayed like that until I moved out.
