Im moving to hillcrest in august. I have not had any problems yet. . . but reading this is making me scared. someone said rent for a one bedroom is 770. . i thnk your wrong by about 40 dollars. and for the guy with the roaches. . roaches only gather where there is dort so your place must not have been clean. I dont understand why everyone is complaining though. you have a place to live right. im ean yeah there are some things wrong with everything but you cant expect everything to be perfect can you. The guy that lives under the subway would love to live where you are so be happy you can afford to put a roof over your head!!!!

I give you a month before you are complaing. Yeah people should be thankful for a roof over there head, but people should also get what they pay for. As and EX Hillcrest renter, I wouldn't let my worst enemy move here. Heidie is absolutely the worst landlord I have ever have, and I have been renting for 6 years.Good luck

I live here. I wish I could afford to live somewhere better for the same money. But guess what there is nothing better for the money. It is a fact. Check it out.
