I am writing this because of noise problems. I was so angry at my neighbors. The manager said that I can move into another unit. I did not want to move. Then out of the blue my neighbor and her boyfriend came by and apologized. I was shocked. I cannot believe that they had no idea that playing their music so loud might be annoying. In any event, things were worked out. I guess the manager talked to them and they listened. Amazing. But I guess like everything else we need to communicate. I have always been pleased with my service at Hillcrest Apt. But I had my car towed once, this was really irritating. What business does an apt property have regulating my plates being expired or not. Parking is scarce and I have noticed that some people have attempted to store broke down cars here. We all got notices that during snowstorms or after the cars had to be moved for snow cleaning. This has cleared out a lot of spaces of questionable cars. So I guess towing is necessary. As of right now, things are going good. It was touch and go for awhile but they took care of the problems. I wish I could buy a house, but I am comfortable here.

Thank you for the very fair and honest review! We do strive to communicate with all our residents. The reason we monitor expired tags/no plates/junk vehicles is to make our property more visually appealing and also to identify abandoned or possibly stolen vehicles. We hope you understand. Also, the City of Normandy and St. Louis County patrol our property, and can also ticket vehicles for expired/missing plates. They also communicate with us, and occassionally ask us to tag an offending vehicle if they believe it is suspicious. We are pleased that you are comfortable in your home, and we will continue to improve our property with the assistance of all our residents.
