Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I lived here for two complete years.
GOODS:
Concrete walls, which means little noise on the sides, though there was a little noise from above, though not much
BADS:
Smoke problems. This remained a problem for my entire time there, with smoke coming in through vents or under doors, and mgmt taking little effort to solve the situation.
Layout. Most of the place is a massive room and super narrow hallway, which is hard to furnish and harder with lights.
People. People here were not nice. Afterwards, I moved to an apartment in Chicago proper and enjoyed it much more there.
