| There are positive & negative features of this property...as with most apartments. They used to be condo's...so they have concrete walls...which means you don't hear your neighbors too often. You do hear the trains, especially in the spring & fall ... more | ||||||||||||

| Most of the time the fire exits a blocked. The office tries overcharging as often has possible. Right near train tracks, running all night. Rent on second year lease went up over a hundred dollars. Brushes are overgrown. | ||||||||||||
