The management does not care if you have any problems. Virtually all of the aprtments are over run with roaches and bed bugs. They have recently signed a new contract with Orkin but it is still not enough to eliminate the pest problem. The majority of the tenants don't speak English so if you have a prblem with one of your neighbors you will not be able to talk to them about it. The plumbing is terrible. If you have a problem with the plumbing you better hope it happens when the office is open because after hours no one cares. The kitchen cabinets are at least 50 years old. The village is fully aware of all the problems with the buildings but is unable to do what is fully necessary since the management claims to be doing things to fix the problems. If you enjoy endless problems and non-stop pest problems this is the place for you. If that doesn't sound like what you want stay away. I will be moving out as soon as I can find place to stay while I have all of my belongings placed in a deep freeze to kill the bedbugs.
