I am very surprised at the other reviews. I lived at Century Point for 6 yrs, 1994-2000 I loved my apartment there. We were sad to have to leave. My mother needed to be taken care of so we moved in with her. Now she is able to be on her own again, so my family and I are going back to Century Point (home). I agree about not enough parking, and towing can be a hassle. We had our car towed once and it was a pain. But if you think about it, its to our advantage. We don?t have to worry about cars being there that don?t belong. As far as maintance, I feel they are wonderful. I had a brand new baby at the time in the middle of winter, our heat went out. I paged maintance and they came out and fixed the heat in the middle of the night. I am not sure if they would do that at some other complex!!! Management here are great too, I was washing clothes one time and somebody had left a load in the drier over night, I proceeded to take it out and a bag of pot fell out of the clothes. I called management right away, and they ended up evicting the people. I don?t know how many people have investigated other apartment complexes, but I feel here you get more for your money. I feel very safe and at home here and can?t wait to get back!!!!
