Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
The staff does not respond to well to complaints .

The stairs are wood , every person is heard comming and going ...

The staff ( all of them ) could be more pleasant to there tenants then they are at this time .

The apartment charges ( 12 months ) for having a second air conditioner for only about Two months of use ( makes no sense" ).
