Like stairs' You should b/c there are no elevators. How about walking quite a distance to your car b/c there's no parking in front of your building' The laundry machines aren't worth the space they're put in, they were constantly out of order and only 1 washer and 1 dryer per building. The dryer won't even DRY your clothes. The constant notices and postings from management about people stealing things from storage lockers and throwing garbage outside of the dumpsters look really nice when you bring your guests over. The parking policy is also ridiculous as there are plenty spaces available, yet if your guest stays past midnight and you don't call their car in before then, count on it getting towed. Also, most likely guest parking isn't even NEAR your building and your guest will have to walk halfway around the complex to get to you and this is not pleasant in freezing weather. Also, speaking of freezing weather, my heat went out 3 times during the winter! Also, they say you can gauge your heat, but you can't it's either on or off- the "thermostat" never worked otherwise. Don't put anything on your balcony or the pidgeons will crap all over it. The appliances such as the fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher are ancient!
