I have lived here for 3 years with not a problem. The friendly and professional management and staff are a pleasure to deal with. The property is well maintained and clean. The apartments are a great bargain for the money, as well as spacious with a great floor plan for those breezy days. the pool is an enjoyment during the summer months. And maintenance is there pronto when a problem occurs.
I can't comprehend the negativity of some of these reviews. There is enough parking for residents and assigned parking for their guests. Those who complained about towing obviously didn't read there lease, nor the visitor signs with directions and phone numbers should their guest stay the evening.
I can't believe a person complained about maintenance entering there apartment while not being home. I have always received a 24 to 48 hour notice prior to a member of the maintenance staff entering.
This is a very safe complex and convenient to everything. I enjoy Century Point so much I am renewing my lease yet another year.
