Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
Lived here for 3 years. 3 years too long. I was building my down payment to purchase a home, and did not want to have to move again, lose my deposit and pay for movers.
The following are the major problems:
Parking - not enough, and they will tow your guests if you do not call them in.
Noise - trust me you can hear EVERYTHING! Lots of sleepless night, and I am not a light sleeper.
Showering - when you shower, if anyone in another unit in your building uses water (from their sink or flushes a toilet) be prepared to jump from the sudden change to HOT or cold!
Parents be warned -the water gets scauldingly hot - there is no scauld protection.
Also, the kids play in the parking lot - a lot. I have sustained occasional damage to my vehicle, due to children at play.
My advice...keep on looking. This place is not worth the price paid, and/or the headaches received.
