Was a nice place - not now!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I've had a water stain on my ceiling for 5 months, was just told nothing will be done about it. Complex was sold, not to one corp, but to individuals. No on-site maintenance crew. Watch your kids here, wayyyy too many hands-off parents, ignorant neighbors, Wouldn't recomend
