This was the worst apartment I have every lived in. There was a moth infestation in the cabinets. The "new" great landlord would not do any maintenance repairs. I told her the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. She tells me to tell the people upstairs to close their shower curtain. Nice! Also I overpaid my rent one month and she told me we would settle it at the end of the lease. I said we are settling it now and had to short the next month since I did overpay. Boy am I relieved since I have moved and have yet to see my security deposit. Well now that she is in violation of the security deposit return act I urge anyone moving out of the apartment to look it up, I will be contacting her with a lawyer. Also, if you live on the first floor, make sure you invest in a snowsuit because the draft from the "french doors" as well as the lack of heat keeps the place like a nice refrigerator. And it was so fun to pick up all my food when the shelving in the crappy cabinents collapsed. Don't plan on having any friends over because if you don't call their car in and have them parked in a specified location, they will be towed. And they can only come over 3 times in a week because you can only call the same car in three times in one week. Otherwise you have to pay a deposit to have friends over. Total BS.
