My boyfriend and I moved in in August and we worked our way out of the lease and we are moving out in January! The landlord never returns your calls. Our own car was towed ,when they knew it was a resident's car, due to an office mistake (love Ghi). $175 later we finally got the car out! We had our a/c out for in the mid of summer, it is still not fixed. My keys to the building haven't worked since i moved in. I have called on numerous occasions to get the problme resolved and i still don't have a new key. The heating wasn't fixed for three days when the tempurature was 18degrees, 6 degrees, and below zero! When the heat was "fixed" it never shut off, and the maintanece guy took out the control knob, so for a week now I break a sweat sitting on the couch watching tv. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. I can't say enough negative things about this place to get someone who has not lived here to understand how bad it really is. Don't move here, no matter how dier the situation!!!!!!!
