Horrible management and a terrible leasing office manager. Does not have a clue (Ghi). They have a horrible parking policy! They are out to tow you whenever they can to make a quick buck when you pay to park there. It is like living in a dorm. You need to call in you visitors everyday, can only have the same visitor called in 3 nights a week or they will tow, & they just recently added handicap parking. In addition, definitely not handicap accessible! Peter Burger is one of the owners and is disrespectful, unreachable, and an incompetent building owner. They do not maintain the building as they are supposed to! They come in and out of your apartment without notice. Lights are always burnt out. If you tell the office they say it is not their problem to call the owner. If you ask Ghi something she never knows the answer. What does she do there'''' I cannot wait until my lease it up! They do not salt and plow regularly. Glamorous fireplaces----yeah right! They don't work and they don't fix them! You pay for nothing. All in all ------ place to live for the money they charge!!!!!

1)The property/owners receives no finacial benefit from cars being towed from the site. So no they are not out to make a "Quick Buck"6) Interesting to see someone lash out and make personal attacks at people based on total ignorance. Probably the same kind of person who parks in a handicap spot without a permit, gets towed and then points blame at anyone and everyone except the one who is at fault. Aint life grand!!

You have got to kidding! They advertise these apartment as Luxury, there is now Luxury what so ever in these apts, they will tow you on a heartbeat, landscaping..there is none unless you go out and do it yourself. For the kind of money we shell out I could have a place that has club house, a decent pool, and beautiful landscaping and not have to be ashame when friends and family come to vist. VERY POOR PLACE!

I live in the same complex and I don't think that the landscaping is as bad as this person make it sound, you make it appear like the place is barren. The upkeep of the complex is reasonable.
