The apartments are old, outdated and in poor condition, and have deteriorated even more since they transitioned to private ownership. You get the runaround when problems arise. Call the owner, and they say to call the office manager. Then call the office manager, and they say it's something the owner needs to take responsibility for.

Our appliances functioned poorly, especially the wall unit air conditioners. The walls are paper thin - you can easily hear other residents on the floors above/below you.

Ghi (one of the office managers) has absolutely no clue what customer service is. She is rude on most days, and brushes off any report of a problem as if nothing can be done.

There are far superior apartments in the Glendale Heights/Addison/Lombard area that are available for the same price (or cheaper!) than living in this hellhole.

not sure if we are living in the same complex,i have only had nothing but good things to say. the manageent has always done everything to help.maybe you need to learn how to clean up after yourself. also found out this person who is my neighbor got evicted,take his comments as bull

^^^^ uh, yeah, it's the same complex Einstein - Century Point behind the Jewel and old Shark City at Bloomingdale and Army Trail. I think you need to learn how to read English more effectively, because nowhere in my original post did I say anything about dirt or trash, so why would I need to learn how to clean up after myself??? Also, I don't know what this "found out" nonsense is that you wrote about. I didn't get evicted, so you obviously have me confused for some other poor sap who also hated living there (or maybe just hated living by you). You are misguided, misinformed and deeply delusional... the ideal candidate for living at Century Point. No wonder you like living there so much!!!!!!

Whoever wrote this has far too much ignorance in their life. I notice the same theme on several of the reviews and I am quite sure it is the same person. Although I am certain they would deny it. I like where I live. I have been here for 2 years. And I will be here until the time comes that I need a bigger place. And as for stereotyping people who live in Century Point. I am a college graduate with a double masters degree. And I work for a Fortune 500 company. My neighbor is a comptroller for another major corporation and we both drive luxury vehicles. So what does that make us? Really... move on with your life.
