We have lived her for almost 2 years now. The bad thing about these apartments is that they are all individually owned. So some buildings might be better. The only really good thing about these apartments is that they are BIG! i dont think i have seen an apartment with such a big kitchen. we have had some problems with things falling apart and not being fixed. Every window in our house is missing handles and leak terribly. The plastic has rotted and we were told we were getting new ones since we moved in. (still waiting!) The ceiling has falling down once due to really heavy rain, and they never did find the problem, just repatched it and that took several weeks to be completed. i wouldnt reccomend living here unless you can inspect the apartment good before moving in... i know the building next to ours have been remodled and does have nicer features. i guess that is the bad thing about each one being individually owned. Oh, also, we were told no dogs, but people do have dogs but we get yelled at for having 2 cats! nice! they keep trying to charge us extra for the second cat! well when they get rid of the dogs i will pay more for having a cat.
