I personally think they over charge people big time!! Management sucks!!! These apartments at one time looked great and grounds looked nice, not anymore. The manager really let go of the place. I am very embarressed to even say that I lived here. I think they should find new management and start giving this place a major face lift. Also, if u decide u want to rent here ask them if their r any problems with parking if they say "NO", they are WRONG!!!! parking is #1 problem and #2 is DOG POOP everywhere.Also, the Noise level is terrible. This complex needs major help and bad! Oh, one more thing when they get your apartment ready before u move in and it needs stuff like broken drawers to be replaced be careful cause they replace your stuff with leftovers from different apts. Make sure You fill out that sheet
that says everything wrong with your apt and save a copy cause their will be alot u will fill out and keep your copy cause they will probabley misplace it. They have idiots working in the office!!! Just beware You will be in for a scare.One more note, Maintenance can only do so much if management wasnt so cheap. The poor guys are all doing things the best they can for so little stuff they have to work with.I sure hope u think about it before u come live here.
