It's not that bad...

Just really expensive for what you're getting. I've been here for about a year, and we are not renewing the lease. For the amount of money we spend on a tiny 650 sq. ft. apartment, you'd think we were living in a "luxury" complex. Far from. This complex is dog-friendly, and unfortunately some of the humans owning these dogs don't seem to be taking responsibility too seriously. The entranceway into our building smells like pee and wet dog whenever the temperature outside gets warm. It's nasty; and there are pee-stains all over the carpet where people couldn't get their puppies out fast enough.
A day after moving in I went to take a shower and the handle to turn the shower on just disintegrated in my hands. Don't you think inspections would have caught that' The new siding they just finished (which took THREE MONTHS TO COMPLETE by the way), is a joke; the workers did a terrible job.
My recommendation' You should probably just look somewhere else.
