I've been living here for just over a year and have been absolutely thrilled with the apartment and the care and dedication of the managment. After reading some of the reviews I was determined to offer my own opinion. In the time I've been here I have met some great neighbors the kind you would exchange keys with in case of emergency's. The maintenance staff has been outstanding on every issue I have had. Once one of the maintenance staff even took my garbage out for me on his way out from a service call!!!! Are you kidding me!' You just don't find that kind of help anymore. Love the staff here. Village Green has a wonderful property here and they keep making it better. Recently there have been many new renovations and they look great. I went in to pay my rent and the club house was completely remodeled. It was fine before but they obviously care about keeping up with grounds. I was very surprised by some of the other reviews I've read. I live here with my daughter and we sometimes in the evening walk the property as it has a lovely path surrounding the community and I can honestly say I have never seen or heard any of the things mentioned in the other reviews. I would have to hypothsize that these are people who either didn't pass the FICA score to rent or otherwise they are people who ask for way too much. In fact while walking through the community I have met a great number of people with children or dogs and everyone has been friendly and approachable. I really love this place and I will continue to stay and recommend it to others until the day I buy a house. Thank you Fordham Glen.

Are you kidding me? Are you on meth???? This is the worst bull ---- review of my life. The Maintenance crew here sucks, Our neighbors air conditioner went out 3 weeks ago, it still hasn't been fixed, they claimed they fixed it but all it did was blow hot air. Id rather breath in rank dog farts then have hot air blown in my face on a 100 degree day. Our Door to our building is broken so any homeless man can sleep in our hallways. I passed my FICA score and i don't ask for much so get off peoples dicks. All i have to say is Go ---- YOURSELF FORDHAM GLEN
