I would have to say that this place wasn't that great before, however with the new management things have looked up. They are turning the place into condos have are starting to updated everything. Management usually gets to the problems asap. It is a huge improvement here. Many of the "problem" tenants before have been kicked out or moved. I am not afarid to be outside and walking around the complex anymore. Cheap rent also which helps. Also it is not named Glendale Estates anymore, but Emerald Hills
