From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   THIS PLACE WS A BIG IMPROVEMENT FROM 1997 BUT AFTER I MOVED IN I SAW NOTHING BUT MICE AND INSECTS, THE TENANTS ARE VERY RUDE AND NON CARING. I GUESS THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SOME UNITS ARE OWNED BY PRIVATE OWNERS AND SOME BY THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. NEITHER PARTY REALLY CARES. ITS ALL ABOUT RENTING THE APARTMENTS OUT. NOT MAKING THE TENANTS HAPPY!
