Adequate but overpriced.

The survey misses on several key convenience issues with the complex. The phone service is OK, but you get slow dial-up connections. The cable is awful (overpriced, bad reception after several repair visits, and lack of quality channels) and it is proprietary, so you have to use the one service they make available. Somebody must be getting a kickback.
While the parking lot is safe, there have been a number of incidents involving rowdy behavior (beer bottles everywhere, a window inside the building broken, repeated damage to the intercom, etc...). A better security team would have investigated these problems instead of merely fixing them after the fact.
During the winter not all the walks were cleared (some were blocked for months). The handicapped ramp would remain snowed in for weeks at a time.
