The cable situation in NO good. None of my lower channels EVER come in clearly.
During the winter months, I NEVER had anything better than luke warm water. I complained several times to no avail. We also are charged for water, sewer and garbage. I'm paying for hot water, but didn't have it. Funny.
Parking is okay, but during the winter months when you can't park on the street, there is NO where to park after 6:00 pm. On several occasions I came home late and was lucky enough to find 1 spot clear across the complex. It's midnight and I'm walking in the cold, darkness and blowing snow trying to just get to my building.
The exercise room is the temperature of a sauna and the equipment badly needs repairing. I've also complained about this several times, but nothing's ever been done.
Overall, I'd say live somewhere else.
Plus, our phone service cuts in and out.
