I was a little skeptical when moving in to this complex because I got an amazing deal. I wasn't sure what could be wrong with the place considering they were offering me such a low price. It was called the dollar per square foot special. They said it didn't happen often, but I really though that was a car salesman type game. Anyway, I got my awesome one bedroom with fireplace, golf course view for only 710/mo. I thought maybe my lack of rent would be reflected in the staff's ability at managing the property, but it doesn't. My air went out the weekend of July 4th, I thought it would take someone forever to get to me and fix it, but there was the maintenance guy there in a half hour and replacing my A/C. The office staff is great too. They understood I had off hours and couldn't make it in to pick up a package so they dropped it off at my apartment. There very fun to talk to too!! Check it out for yourself, you get everything you want...great deal, plenty of room, and a wonderful staff.

We got the same deal, but LOOK OUT. After your first year, our rent was raised $50 per month.
