I don't know why everyone is disappointed

I just moved in here. So far, I have not had the slightest complaint. There were some minor things wrong with the place when I moved in (broken screens, broken bathroom fan, dog-chewed blinds.) They have had someone there constantly fixing something. Everyone, maintenance and the like, have been nothing but super nice to me. Granted there is some neighbor noise, but I haven't lived anywhere without ever hearing my neighbors. People that have a problem with neighbor noise, buy a house!! There is nothing wrong with this place. Try finding the square footage, location, ammenities, and level of customer service somewhere else. I garuntee you won't find it. I have been shopping for a place to live for a couple years now. This place is definately more bang for the buck. For those folks that posted bad reviews, try paying rent on time and being courteous to your neighbors and staff would probably get things done for them. Believe me folks, this is the nicest apartment complex that I have ever seen. I shall be calling it hom for a long time to come. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

You have not lived at very many other places, if you can say that this place (Glenlake Club) has square footage, location and amenities. And what customer service?, the management and leasing agents (except for Loraine) are air-heads and don't give you the dignity of a "hello" or agknoledge your presence when you come in the office. I waited for about 10 minutes for someone from the back office to come out to see what I wanted (this is after they saw me at the front desk). The maintenance staff couldn't fix a jambed door lock at the main entrance to the buidling and it went unchanged for weeks. This is not what I would consider a place with a great customer service or welcoming management team.
