NEVER AGAIN!

I lived there for a year. Before signing the contract, everyone was extremly nice and helpful. Afterwards was a different story, they made you feel that you were being a pain...Except for Loraine she is very nice.
Upon signing I was told I do not get $250 back from deposit. That was to be used to clean, and repaint the apartment after I left. HA! Last week I received a bill in the mail for cleaning....$118 to be exact. Trying to call them to settle the bill, and I cannot get ahold of anyone. I'm told to just send the check in, and when they receive it, they will call and adjust what I owe.
The place is very nice place to live. Except for all the dog crap in front of my place. On warm days I had to use the Air Conditioning because of the smell.
When SBC came in, and said we had High Speed internet...I didn't, my whole building didn't. We were outside of the "Satalites" range. Thier cable they offer, TV Max is horrible. I missed many football and basketball games because either the NBC channel wasn't working, or ESPN was "out of service" for a whole week.
A bad place to live' No, I have seen worse. Just be careful when you move out. They send you bills that you don't owe on, and I haven't seen my remaining deposit refund yet. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
