NOT WORTH IT- move on

Although the grounds and buildings look great from the street once living here you will find many problems.
The mechanical system (heating and AC)is very expensive to run- numerous repairs and not fixed correctly. The windows are very drafty and operation is via stick to hold them open. We had our bedroom window repaired four times- still not working correctly and using a wood stick to hold them open. We gave up on having the office to repair them. Winters are very drafty and you need plastic on the windows. Not very pleasent to deal with the management- their attitude sucks to say the least.
Rent was raised $50.00 per month (little more than 6%) from our first year lease- thats alot compaired to previous rental properties we have rented from.
