I lived in this community for 2 yrs. before buying a house. Of course heat is expensive to run, this is the midwest and gas prices are outrageous. Just be thankful that when your heat goes out at 3am you can call maintenance and they'll be out immediatley.....and you don't have to give him any money. My heat in my house went out, you tough it out and wait until business hours on a weekday (weekend rates will kill you)and set an appt. at their conveience, not yours. Move out charges....yeah, when you put a hole in a wall or spill wine on the carpet...expect to get charged, and who doesn't know that there is part of the deposit that isn't refundable' Do you not read the paperwork when you apply' I didn't get charged for anything I shouldn't have, I actually thought I'd get charged more.

At some point logic needs to enter your head, not just anger because you didn't get away with something.

I'd move back if I ever needed to.
