I lived there for 6 years in 3 different apartments. The staff is rude and uncaring! I had issues with the 1st manager. She herself broke the pet rule. Pets are not to be tied up outside yet she had 2 dogs tied up. By the time I made it to my 3rd apartment I was just waiting to move away. months before my lease was up I began to move out. Lucky for me, because it was then that I discovered there were MICE in my building. I was on the 2nd floor but had found over 2 MICE!! I informed the management and they did NOTHING!! So I called the Village of Glendale Heights and had them come for an inspection of the entire building. They found MICE droppings in several areas. Was anything done'' NOT REALLY!! And that complex wants the price of most mortgages!! HA!! Just remenber the complex looks great...but as the saying goes LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING!!! I even called their parent office (EQUITY) and again nothing came of it!! They appearently just want to collect the HIGH RENT and give nothing in return!! I lived there when a woman was burned by her ex-boyfriend. That complex needs security!! As for maintenance calls, the best outcome I ever got was after I got to know one of the maintenance repair staff. Otherwise, I had to call several times to get things done right
